- Good Morning NAIA Hoops Nation! The Pre-Christmas slate is winding down with some more good action today. We even have a few teams out in Hawaii playing!
- NAIA Recap
- DII #15 Spring Arbor (MI) 71 – William Jessup (CA) 59
- The best part of this time of year, is that you have situations like a team from Michigan, and a team from California meeting up in Florida for a basketball game. After two Top 10 losses, Spring Arbor gets a good win against a NAIA DI program. The defending DII National Champs were led by All-American Paul Marandet’s 18 points, 6 assist, and 3 rebound performance. Game Recap|Box Score
- DII #14 Lourdes (OH) 74 – Concorida (MI) 60
- Concordia is a team who may not have a lot of wins on their record, but they also seem to hang around in every game. The same was true for the most part last night against #14 Lourdes, who pulled away in the 2nd half to win their 8th straight game. Lourdes is a tough bunch, who continues to look impressive. Julian Egbo led the way with a 20 point, 11 rebound double-double. Game Recap|Box Score
- Governors State (IL) 86 – DII #9 Bethel (IN) 93
- The TreVion Crews/Grant Gelon combo continues to be impressive. While Crews, rightfully so, gets most of the publicity, Gelon is quietly having a very good year himself. In last nights win, Gelon led the way with 30 points and 9 rebounds, while Crews chipped in 13 points to go along with 6 assists. Game Recap|Box Score
- DII RV Saint Xavier (IL) 92 – DII 22 Keiser (FL) 83
- Saint Xavier has been in and out of the Top 25 all year, so we figured they would go on the road and compete! Keiser had been rolling, but couldn’t overcome a poor shooting night (8-29 3FG). Joshua Evans led SXU with 35 points, while Jack Halverson chipped in a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds in the win. Game Recap|Box Score
