- Good Morning NAIA Hoops Nation!!! This is the last Morning Bullet Points segment of 2019, so we would like to take the time to once again thank EVERYONE for following along with us. Our journey here at NAIA Hoops Report started on June 1st of 2019 with the thought of slowly growing the site. We totally underestimated how quickly the site would grow, so we appreciate the patience with us as we continue to maneuver around full time jobs. You will see great growth in 2020, and we are excited to bring better stories, more coverage, and more awareness to NAIA Hoops!

- NAIA DII #12 Washington Adventist 78 – NCAA D1 Delaware State 76
- The new year with fireworks, and Washington Adventist provided some last night as they knocked off their 2ND NCAA D1 opponent of the year! We aren’t going to say we called this win, but we had it under our circled games because we had a good feeling that WAU would hang with Delaware State, and be right there at the end. Xavier Sewell led the way for the Shock with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Sewell continues to prove night in and night out, that he is one of the best players in NAIA. Speaking of one of the best in NAIA. Coach Crarey is a great young coach, who we hope stays around NAIA forever, but in all reality, and in respect to what he has done at WAU, bigger schools with job openings this Spring would be dumb to not give him a call. - DI Harris-Stowe 107 – DII #13 IU-Kokomo 82
- We circled this game as a possible “upset” game because Harris-Stowe has a good team, and Deshawn Munson has maybe the best stat line in the country right now. He just missed out on another triple-double in this one as he finished the game with 25 points, 10 assists, and 8 rebounds. Harris-Stowe is good enough to make it to Kansas City in March. The top of the American Midwest Conference will be an interesting story line to watch the rest of the way. Game Recap|Box Score
- DI William Carey 72 – DI #25 Dillard 59
- We had this game circled because you could very well see these two teams in Kansas City. Dillard has the talent, and has played a good schedule, but so far, hasn’t been able to get a win against the better teams on their schedule. They will be well tested for GCAC play, and will be in the hunt for the conference championship. William Carey has put a nice string of wins together here in December, and after yet another slow start to the year, they are looking like the team we thought they would be in the preseason. Anthony Jones led the way for WCU with 21 points and 6 rebounds. Box Score
- Indiana Tech 66 – DII #2 Indiana Wesleyan 86
- We had this game circled not only because it was an instate battle, but also because Indiana Tech had won 6 straight games against NAIA opponents, and we were expecting a good battle. Kyle Mangas had other plans though as he led IWU with 35 points and 10 rebounds in the win. He continues to add to his resume for the NAIA DII POY award. Game Recap|Box Score
