Damek Mitchell 6’0 G Lewis-Clark State
Dam hasn’t played a game yet this season, but in our eyes he is one of, if not the best, point guards in the NAIA. A 2x All-American, Dam has shown the ability to score and dish the rock. He is also a tough defender.ย
Trystan Bradley 6’8 F Lewis-Clark State
ย The big man was an Honorable Mention All-American last season and is primed for another big year. The Warriors switch from the Frontier Conference to the Cascade this season and Trystan will be a force in his new league as well.ย
Myles Corey 6’0 G William Jessup
ย While he may not have any official stats yet because of playing in three exhibition games. Myles is a stud Freshman PG that has played well in the D1 contests thus far. Myles is coming off of 14 point, 5 assist game against D1 Portland. Look for the Freshman guard to continue to do big things this season.ย
Hunter Sipe 6’4 G Westmont
While Abram Carrasco is a returning All-American, Hunter Sipe actually led Westmont in minutes played last season and is the 2nd leading returner in points per game from last season. He had a tough shooting night against Cal State Northridge, but still ended the game with 7 points and 7 rebounds, in a game in which Westmont outscored CSUN by 10 points in the 2nd half.
Josh Lambert 6’8 F Midland – 10.8ppg/5.6rpg
Another Freshman to start paying attention to is Josh Lambert of Midland University in Nebraska. While the Warriors haven’t had a great start to the season, the 6’8 big man is a piece they can build off of moving forward. They have a game they should win today, so look for the big man to have another good performance!
