The Freshman has been nothing short of spectacular. He has proven he can score at all three levels and despite being a Freshman, he doesn’t play scared. He currently sits 10th in the Mid-South in scoring. Which is no easy task as a Freshman. He is coming off of two games in a row where he didn’t shoot the 3 well, but found other ways to produce. Look for him to have a better day shooting today for GTown.
At the time of writting this, the KCAC Players of the Week haven’t been released. There is a good chance you will see Jaquan as the Offensive Player of the Week as he exploded for back to back 30+pt games. The craziest part of it all is that he is also deserving of the KCAC Defensive Player of the Week award. Daniels has one of the biggest motors in NAIA. He is explosive and just fun to watch compete.
Just a Sophomore and already on the radar for the Player of the Year in the Mid-South. Jones has really been something this year posting some monster double-doubles. He sits 3rd in the NAIA in defensive rebounds per game, and sixth in offensive rebounds per game. Jones is a workhorse who absolutely dominates the glass.
The 6’8 225lb Maxwell has played really well on both ends of the floor this season for William Carey. He is leading the team at 14.92ppg and can beat you inside and out. Maxwell has also been a force at the rim as he is 34th in the country in blocks per game.
