Men’s Games of the Day
7pm: 4 OKWU @ rv Evangel
OKWU already has wins over fellow Midwest ARC members, Central Methodist and MidAmerica Nazarene. If they can get another tough road win tonight, the Eagles will move to 3-0 against their ARC opponents.
7pm: Langston @ Midland
Two programs with new coaches this season. Midland has started off the year 2-1 but have their hands full with a very talented Langston squad coming to town. Our first real chance to get to watch this Langston team, who is led by Head Coach, Chris Wright. Coach Wright is fresh off of taking Talladega to the National Title game and is looking to get a Langston squad, who was just 1-27 last season, off to a 2-0 start.
Women’s Games of the Day
6pm: Langston @ Avila
One of the few NAIA vs NAIA games today. Like the men, the Langston women’s team also has a new coach, who is also from Talladega. Coach Kevin Herod, and his lady Lions will look to win their 3rd straight contest. Avila will look to snap a 2-game skid.
Greg Ray is in his first season as head coach at OPSU, his Aggies are 0-2 on the year, and now will face a tough road contest against Columbia who is 3-0.
