Semifinal Breakdown
No. 1 Oklahoma Wesleyan vs No. 4 Southwestern (KS)
The Top 2 vote getters for KCAC POY will be featured in this game as the 2x KCAC POY, Jaden Lietzke (OKWU) and Cevin Clark (SC) will try to lead their teams to Hartman Arena for a KCAC Championship game. Clark led the KCAC in scoring this season and has 84pts over the past two ball games. The Builders were once a Top 5 team in the NAIA and despite a midsemester slump, they have now won 6 of the last 7 games. OKWU gets to host this one and they are tough to beat at home. Jaden Lietzke and Kaleb Stokes have played like the All-Americans they are. OKWU swept the regular season series, but this should be a really good one today!
No. 3 Bethel (KS) vs No. 7 Sterling
Despite being the 7-seed, Sterling has some really nice wins this season. They entered the tournament on a rough stretch, but looked really good in their upset win at 2-seed Kansas Wesleyan. Elias Ngoga had a big game in the win. Bethel remained hot in their QF win over York. Sterling has actually matched up well against Bethel this season. Splitting the series with the loss being just a 1-point loss.
