Bryan currently holds a 1-game lead in the Appalachian Athletics Conference Standings over UPike! Pikeville did beat Bryan at Bryan earlier this season, so a win today would not only out the Bears in 1st place but would lock up the tie breaker over Bryan as well! I do believe, as we stand right now, that the AAC will get 3 teams into the NAIA Men’s Championship Tournament. However, a win today would certainly go a long ways if you don’t secure one of the two AAC auto-bids! With just 6 regular season AAC games remaining, every game is importantly, especially when 1st place and tie-breakers are on the line!
No. 15 Florida Memorial @ No. 23 Ave Maria (FL) | 3pm CT
A Top 25 matchup in the SUN Conference today with 1st place on the line! Both teams come in at 8-2 in SUN Conference play. Keiser is sitting at 6-2, so tied in the loss column as well. FloMo is rolling as they finally look like the team we thought they would be before season started. They come in as winners of 10-straight games including a 69-63 win over Ave Maria in their first meeting. Ave does have a bit of a tougher stretch to end the season, as they do okay 3 of their final 6 games on the road. FMU only has one road game left after today. There is no auto-bid for wining the SUN regular season title, but getting to host throughout the tournament is pivotal as otb have been tremendous on their home floors this season.
No. 5 The Master’s @ No. 10 Arizona Christian | 3pm CT
A Top 10 matchup inside the GSAC this afternoon! The Master’s is currently tied for 1st place with Hope International. Arizona Christian is just a game back! TMU won the previous meeting, 86-69. The Mustangs have also won 7-straight coming in. Obviously, with both being Top 10 teams, there is lots to like about both. Kaleb Lowery has had a great career for The Master’s, but the Freshman, Quincy Phillips, has been really playing well and is so fun to watch! ACU has one of our other favorite Freshmen, Jalik Dunkley, who has struggled a bit as of late, but has come up big in big games! Ese Onakpoma and Anthony Howell have both been superb this season for ACU as well! This will be a big boy basketball game!
Wayland Baptist (TX) @ RV Nelson (TX) | 4pm CT

Nelson currently holds on to a 1-game lead for 1st place in the Sooner Athletic Conference. However, with a 3-way tie for 2nd with Wayland, Langston and MACU, a loss can send the SAC back into more chaos. A Wayland loss, however, would put them deeper into the bubble as they sit at just 13-9 overall and need wins! This game alone isn’t going to solve anything in the SAC, but it’s absolutely a huge game for both teams!
No. 7 Bethel (IN) @ RV Indiana Wesleyan | 6pm CT
The Crossroads League has a ton of big games today, including Saint Francis (IN) and Huntington earlier in the day which a Huntington win could turn the league into a 2-horse race between Grace and Bethel! Grace will have their hands full as well as they host a good Spring Arbor squad. As for this one, Bethel currently holds a 1-game lead. They are coming off their first CL loss of the season, as Huntington beat them at home. Now the Pilots must navigate thru two tough road games c starting tonight inside of Luckey Arena. IWU isn’t having the season they were wanting, but they are still 8– at home this season. It’s crazy to even say this about one of the most dominant programs in the NAIA, but the Wildcats are in a 4-way tie for the 6-seed at the moment. They still need wins in order to make sure they make the CL Tourney! The good news is they have 5 of their final 7 games at home, plus a road game at Goshen. There are wins to be had, even if they have been harder to find this year! A win tonight, at home, would certainly make that probability skyrocket! It would also, potentially, make the final few weeks in the CL even more crazy as teams battle for seeding!
