NAIA Hoops Report Game of the Week

We had selected the GPAC matchup between No. 5 Jamestown and No. 23 Concordia (NE) as our Game of the Week, but Jamestown didn’t want to participate in the fun, as they go on the road and absolutely crush the Bulldogs, 90-59. The win, ended a 23-game home win streak for CUNE. Mason Walters continues to add to his resume for National Player of the Year, as he finishes with 33pts, 9rebs and 6assts. All of which were game highs. You can read more on the game below:

  • Tyler Schmidt put on a heck of a performance last night in Olivet Nazarene’s win over IU Northwest

Milestones & Records

  • We had some players join the 1k scorers club last night! Congrats to them both!
  • Sounds like someone is now missing a tooth, but Brendan Young had a 14pt, TWENTY rebound double-double to get a new school record for rebounds in a game!

NAIA Hoops Report Updates

  • Look for our League Weekly Recap Series to begin the Monday after Thanksgiving! They are all formatted and ready to go now, with 21 leagues being released, we are still working on if we combine or keep them seperated.
  • We can’t take every suggestion we get, but we do listen and will be making a couple of updates next week.
    • Our Schedule & Links Page will have some new additions to it.
    • Our Game of the Week is also going to get some updates to it’s format!
