Semifinal Breakdown
No. 1 Indiana Tech vs No. 4 Rochester
Indiana Tech powered through the WHAC regular season with very little resistance and that continued in their Quarterfinal game as the Warriors beat Aquinas 95-80. Rog Stein was named the WHAC Player of the Year and him, Grant Smith and Josh Kline continue to be one of the best 3-headed monsters in the NAIA. Rochester though, did beat Indiana Tech during the regular season and this is a team that has some talent of their own. Gunner Walters was the Newcomer of the Year and him and James Ballard Jr received 2nd team All-WHAC honors. This should be competitive game!
No. 2 Lourdes vs No. 3 Madonna
This game features FIVE of the ten 1st team All-WHAC selections. To say that there will be talent on the floor in this one, is a bit of an understatement. Lourdes, Jackie Harris and Joey Holifield have been spectacular. They face off against the Madonna trio of Mark Mettie, Henry Speight and Brendan Young. Mettie and Speight are former WHAC Player of the Year winners. These teams split their regular season matchup and this one should be another big time game between the two!
