The Red River Athletic Conference is a 10 team NAIA D1 conference that features teams from Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas.

The RRAC has really picked up steam as of late, and has become a really, really good league. The 2018-19 season, saw LSU-A win the regular season title, while St. Thomas (TX) won the RRAC tournament title. The RRAC had 4 teams (LSU-A, LSU-S, Wiley, St. Thomas) qualify for the NAIA DI national tournament. The Red River had a lot of success this year at the National Tournament as it placed 3 teams (LSU-A, LSU-S,Wiley) into the NAIA Sweet 16, while LSU-A, made it to the National Quarterfinals before losing.

Left League
University of St. Thomas left the Red RiverAthletic Conference and the NAIA to move to NCAA D3. They are now members of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC).
New Additions
Texas A&M-Texarkana joins the Red River Athletic Conference for 2019-2020. They are in their inaugural season, and will look to jump right into the mix in the RRAC!
New Coaches
Hired on to lead Texas A&M-Texarkana in their inaugural season is Ryan Wall. Coach Wall has had a lot of success in the league, as he was previously the head coach at Our Lady of the Lake. Coach Wall will look to get the program off to a great start.
Chase Campbell is the new lead man in charge at Wiley College. Coach Campbell has 11 years of coaching experience and joins Wiley from NCAA D2 Tuskegee (AL). Coach Campbell takes over for Coach Jay Smith, who took an assistant job at NCAA D1, New Orleans.
Corey Hitchcock is the new head coach at the University of the Southwest. Coach Hitchcock was previously the women’s head coach at the university, and will look to turn the program around!
